Orders to mainland UK containing ghd Hair Straighteners are automatically upgraded to Next Working Day Delivery so just select Standard Delivery, your delivery charge will be zero and your order will arrive on the next working day between 0730 and 1730 provided your order is placed by 2pm. This ensures you can track your order and it is fully insured. Tracking information is provided on your Shipping Confirmation email.


Can I reschedule the delivery of my parcel(s)?

If they are unsuccessful on the second attempt they will take your parcel(s) back to your local depot and if you do not arrange a delivery with-in 24hours your parcel(s) will be returned to us. If you wish to receive your delivery on a different day please call them on the number on the bottom of the card left by their driver.

Can I re-direct my order to a different address?
Yes, if you request to re-direct your order there is a charge of £8.95
